Skynet — Privacy Policy

Skynet ("the app") is a security incident-monitoring app. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Information we process

• Account email — used to sign you in via a passwordless email link and to associate you with your organization's workspace (tenant).
• Workspace & role — which organization you belong to and your role, to show you only your organization's data.
• Incident data — security incident records submitted by your organization's systems (e.g. host, event type, severity, timestamp, log line), shown to authorized members.
• Device integrity signals — via Google Play Integrity / Firebase App Check, to verify requests come from a genuine app instance.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: authenticate you, restrict access to your workspace, and display incidents. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, App Check) to operate the app. Data is processed by Google under their terms. See Firebase privacy.

Retention

Account and incident data are retained while your organization uses the service and removed on request or account deletion.
